Co-Founder & Managing Partner
David is an experienced attorney and real estate investor with an extensive background in real estate, finance, zoning and regulatory affairs. His experience also includes navigating and building strategic partnerships with banks, municipalities, zoning boards, and economic development organizations.
David oversees day-to-day operations and property management for HealthLink’s portfolio and is accessible to HealthLink’s tenants on a daily basis. David previously served as the General Counsel for a multi-state transportation company with operations and property holdings throughout the US.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Gabe serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Healthlink Properties. He has over 15 years of real estate experience and over a decade of experience in healthcare technology. Since 2010, Gabe has worked closely with many of the leading health systems, health plans, provider organizations and digital health companies across the country.
